A Drupal CMS cannot be hosted on most entry-level servers but rather must be hosted on either a dedicated server or a Virtual Private Server (VPS). Perfect for small-to-medium sized businesses, our VPS plans give you the resources and computing power Drupal needs to run quickly and efficiently.
CodeMyDesigns has the in-house capabilities to host you or your client's websites on our servers. Our servers are monitored 24/7 by live staff and all hosting plans include security updates, daily data backups and 99.9% guaranteed uptime.
We can also load the system on a third-party server for an additional fee. Please note a CMS located on a third-party server does NOT include free CMS security updates.
Technical Support
CodeMyDesigns offers two levels of support. Our Small Business plan is a basic level support plan covering server crashes*, critical error messages, and Drupal core updates (not upgrades). We're available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST via phone and Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm EST for email support. Emergency after-hours ticketing is available as well.
Some businesses require 24/7 technical support. CodeMyDesigns has partnered with Acquia, provider of the commercially supported distribution of the Drupal content management system, to provide enterprise-class technical support and remote network services. This is ideal for large businesses and corporations who demand a full-time 24/7 help desk.
