Pricing

We bill both flat-rate and hourly depending on the project. A basic CMS starts at $995 and increases in price depending on the number of features and templates (hosting and support not included). Projects requiring additional time and resources, such as e-commerce or module development, may cost more. Hosting and support plans start at $300/year.

How much does it cost?

We bill both flat-rate and hourly, here's how it works.

When you're selling or designing a CMSfor a client, give us a call and we'll talk through the different features the CMS requires. By the end of the conversation, we'll give you a ball-park idea of cost. Click here to download a PDF with "average" development costs.

After the CMSis designed and approved by the client, send us the graphic design file and we'll respond within 24 hours with a Statement of Work (SOW) and an invoice. The invoice is the final guaranteed cost of the website.

Here's where it gets tricky. After the CMS is developed, you and/or the client may request revisions. Normally, most revisions fit within the scope of the SOW and are free of charge. However, there are times when a "minor" revision means a major change to the backend of the website. If this is the case, we will let you know and bill hourly if you approve the changes. Our hourly rates range from $50 to $125/hr.

CMS Hosting and support options range in price depending on system requirements; a simple CMS is less expensive to host or support than an e-commerce site. Hosting plans start at $300/year and support plans start at $300/year.
